This popular menu is written for lunch but can be modified to a dinner buffer or a hot sandwich option as well. There's a minimum for 25 people and keep in mind it's a great menu for a fundraiser for hundreds of hungry guests with volume pricing available. It takes 10 days to cure the brisket so please secure your booking well in advance.
